The Jockey Club needed a robust, scalable digital platform that could support their ambitious growth strategy across sports hospitality. They required seamless booking experiences and the flexibility to create sophisticated multi-day packages for major racing events like the Grand National and Cheltenham Festival. The team wanted to explore how their digital presence could better serve racing enthusiasts whilst handling high-demand periods with unwavering performance. Most importantly, they sought to establish industry-leading capabilities that would set new standards for sports hospitality platforms.
The Solution
We delivered transformative digital platform development through cutting-edge Optimizely DXP implementation and pioneering third-party integrations. Our approach created a frictionless, high-performance platform handling massive traffic surges whilst delivering personalised experiences. We redesigned checkout with native QuickPay integration, implementing mobile-first payment technologies. Most significantly, we developed pioneering Future Ticketing API integration enabling sophisticated multi-day packages and setting industry benchmarks.
