Our Hiring Process

  1. 1.

    Initial Chat

    A 30-minute introduction call, say hi and let us know a little bit more about yourself. 

  2. 2.

    Technical Interview

    Live coding or portfolio review

  3. 3.

    Team Interview

    Present your code and dive deeper into how you and dotcraft works. We want everyone to be comfortable with the role. 

  4. 4.

    Offer & Onboarding

    By this stage we might just be walking the same walk and now its time to talk the same talk. We're getting excited by this stage and hope you are too.
