We have become an Umbraco Gold Partner, and we have been named an Umbraco Contributing Partner for 2025, one of just 26 agencies receiving the Contributing Partner status for the very first time.

For us, these are not just badges. They are recognition of something we have always believed: that being part of a platform means being genuinely committed to it.

What these two statuses actually mean

The Umbraco Gold Partner tier recognises agencies with a proven track record of delivering Umbraco projects at scale, with the expertise and client outcomes to back it up. It sits within Umbraco's formal partner programme and reflects the depth of investment an agency has made in the platform.

The Contributing Partner badge goes a step further. Reserved for Platinum and Gold Partners, it recognises agencies that actively invest in the open-source project and its wider community, through code, documentation, events, and structured feedback that shapes where the platform goes next. It is awarded once a year, covers the previous 12 months of activity, and is listed publicly on Umbraco.com.

Together, they signal something simple: dotcraft does not just use Umbraco. We are invested in its future.

Our Umbraco journey

dotcraft has been building with Umbraco for over six years, delivering projects across the automotive and hospitality and events sectors, and watching the platform evolve through major version after major version.

We chose to invest deeply in Umbraco because of its open-source ethos and developer-first architecture. We stayed because of the people. There are not many platforms where the community feels genuinely collaborative, where a question in the forum gets a thoughtful answer within hours, and where the team building the CMS is genuinely interested in hearing from the agencies using it day to day.
